2. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post. Please refer to the Chunghwa Post official website for delivery schedules and delivery times.

3. Delivery Area: Currently limited to Taiwan and outlying islands (if Chunghwa Post is unable to deliver to a specific area, we will notify you separately).

4. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated according to Chunghwa Post's published rates and will be displayed during checkout. Free shipping for orders over a certain amount will be subject to website announcements.

5. Limitation of Liability: Fixin is not responsible for any delays caused by weather, traffic, or other force majeure after shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Basic Principle: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a seven-day trial period (including holidays) from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility: Unless due to our store's error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), returns and exchanges must be complete, including unopened packaging, labels, and accessories. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

3. In the event of non-returns:：

   • Products that have been opened or used, and products with food safety concerns (e.g., spices and condiments) are not accepted once opened.

   • Products that have exceeded the seven-day shelf life.

   • Products that are personal and not due to our store's error (e.g., taste dissatisfaction, personal preference).

4. Return and Exchange Process: Please contact us within seven days via our customer service email or website. After confirmation, please return the product. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the consumer. Returns due to our store's negligence will be borne by us.。
